Degree:
Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship, including a BSc in Leadership and Business Management
University:
Aston University Business School 
Work and Study Split:
You will spend 4 days per week based at our Bournville office and 1 day per week at university.
Routes for progression post Apprenticeship completion:
Towards the end of your apprenticeship the business will support you to apply for any suitable vacant roles in order to progress your career within Mondelez International.

Desired profile

What we look for
First off, you’ll need a good academic background. This will need to include five GCSEs grades A*- C or equivalent 9 to 5 number grades, including Math’s and English. Plus three A-level grades at ABB, or equivalent.
You’ll need to be enthusiastic, eager to learn and develop and with strong interpersonal skills.

Our Apprenticeship programs start every September.
Duration
Your Apprenticeship will last between 3 to 4 years depending on the modules you study.
