After 60+ years of existence, it today has six company-owned manufacturing facilities at Thane, Induri (Pune), Malanpur (Gwalior), Sricity (Andhra Pradesh), Baddi (Himachal Pradesh), and Hyderabad and 4 sales offices (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai). The corporate office is in Mumbai.
We operate in five categories in India – Chocolate, Confectionery, Beverages, Biscuits, Gum and Candy and market 11 Power Brands which include Bournvita, Dairy Milk, Halls, Gems, 5Star, Choclairs, Perk, Celebrations, Bournville, Tang & Oreo. Mondelez India Foods Ltd dominates the chocolate market in India with approximately 70% share of the market.

OTC role encompasses entire Order to Bill cycle involving CRS Process for TT & MT Distributors [which includes, Defining Norms, Correcting Norms, defining PDP’s, Review of Daily Generation, ensuring Service Levels w.r.t. CRS Fills, review Fund Loss, review CRS Compliance.
This also involves close cross functional coordination with Sales Team on Norm alignment, OTC partner Capgemini/Accenture w.r.t. Constraint Logics, Updated Branch Instructions, Pristine/Non Pristine Categorization, Promo list etc., CLD Team, Demand, Log Ops, Master Data, Product Supply etc.
Key KPI’s which this position is responsible for are: MT CFR, CRS CFR, All Channel CFR [New addition which includes CSD, OON/OOT CFR as well], RARD, CRS Compliance, % of GRN.
With focus on Services becoming more and more stringent, the importance of role has increased many folds.

With focus on Services becoming more and more stringent, the importance of role has increased many folds.
Apart from above, Custimer Feedback in form of KYC gives the pulse of the business.
Operating Environment

With the focus on Services, the responsibility of the position increases multi fold to ensure that the process runs smooth day in day out. This involves daily analysis of CRS, MT Pending Orders, CSD Pending Orders, OON & OOT so that this is not missed out as drop in CFR. This has to be done every day as the Orders expire the same day increasing the complexity of the role.
On an average, there are ~ 250 CRS Orders x 100 SKU x 9 Depot combinations which need to be checked and corrective actions initiated. MT/CSD/OON/OOT are in addition to the above.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Language Requirements
(to be completed with support from HR Generalist)
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
A broad appreciation of process engineering, process control and mechanical services.
Good Knowledge of Food Industry Requirements
Good Knowledge of Mondelez Engineering processes, policies and procedures (Project Management, GMP, Quality, SS&E, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)
Skills/Leadership Competencies

Experience
Experience of mechanical engineering within food factory environment.
Experience of project management of capital projects.
Good knowledge in confectionery and snacks technology and suppliers of respective equipment
Expert in process, packaging, automation or infrastructure
Good spoken and written English is essential for this role.
