You will support the European Chocolate Research & Development team
- Product Solutions – Growth Platform. You can expect to participate in experiments and industrial trials, and to draw on your many technical abilities to analyze the results. We are looking for consistency and precision. So quality needs to be front mind. And that’s true for everything you do, including the way you supervise the setting up of pilot plant scale equipment. You will be responsible to support Chocolate product & process development through pilot plant trials, shelf studies, to assist in sample reviews and/or testing. You will prepare the physical samples and the validation of the product designs. You will execute pilot plant experiments to support technical development of novel forms. You will be in charge of routine analyses and interpretation.

Desired profile

Post high school technical or vocational training, apprenticeship in Food
Experience in handling pilot plant/production equipment is mandatory
Experience and Knowledge in Chocolate equipment handling is an advantage
Sound technical understanding
Good communication and organizing skills
Skills to plan and prioritize
Good understanding of food safety and quality
Good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good English skills
Flexibility to travel
