Montornés plant is the preferred Dry Mixes plant for EU countries offering top quality and high level of expertise, producing iconic brands such as Royal (Baking Powder and Custard powder), Boca Doce (for Portugal), Freia (for Nordics), and Milka and Oreo (Cake mixes for Germany).
　
You will support the safety & Environment department from Montornés Plant, delivering technical and administrative goals in order to improve and safety areas.
 
Main Responsibilities
Supporting the Safety Manager, your tasks will be:
Check documentation of contracts by coordinating business activities
Collaborate in the visual communication of the plant, producing reports, graphics and updating panels
Assess potential risks and create action plans to avoid them, according to the information of the risk assessments.
Collect and archive documents
Standardize and complete document work instructions (safety & Environment)
Participate in the implementation of safety projects

Desired profile

Requirements

Engineer or Labour Safety degree
Fluent Spanish and English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Planning, organizational skills with attention to details
Good capability of search, elaborate and read data
Problem solving
Good time management, able to meet deadlines with quality results
Team worker
Communication skills and interpersonal savvy
