Customer Service & Logistics
Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.
Purpose of the Role
Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting, ad-hoc reporting support, in-depth analysis, monitoring, and support for the business and technical infrastructure of Retail Sales and CS&L. Performs and/or coordinates all functions required to design, produce and install the various reporting, analytical and presentation formats required to complete the assignment or project within specific time constraints and departmental standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide regular and adhocreporting, data analysis and support for the business and technical infrastructure of the Retail Sales Orgnaiztion and CS&L. Make recommendations to leadership regarding process and system changes that impact reporting data sources. Meeting all required service level agreements and requiremnts from the organization.
- Partner with HQ and field management in analyzing informational sourcing and presentation requirements for large scale multi-dimensional assignments such as Growth Revenue Productivity, Retail Optimization Initiative, Scorecarding and other Key Performance Indicator related initiatives and cost savings proposals.
- Partner with Mondelez Global Information Systems in maintaining and modifying the SQL data Transfer system and other processes for loading and maintaining data and promote department involvement with new Systems and processes, including new initiatives.
- analyzing and maintaining large volumes of data from distinct sources, including: DB2, MSSQL, MS Access, CBTs, and syndicated systems.
- Provide ongoing feedback to Performance management leadership.

Qualifications:
1) 1-3 Years Reporting Experience
2) Strong MS Office Required (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Table, VBA Programming Capabilities a Plus)
3) SAP/SPARK Experience Preferred
4) College Degree 5) Alteryx and Tableau Experience a plus
