In Research, Development, Quality & Innovations (RDQ&I), your skills can be the special ingredient that brings our brands to life. As part of a fantastic team of scientists, engineers and nutritionists, you’ll work tirelessly on product design or development, process development, quality, nutrition, sensory and food safety aspects to ensure we deliver a consistent, delightful consumer experience. RDQ&I is where you’ll turn great ideas into brilliant brands.
As a member of the Regulatory & Scientific Affairs EU team, the team member will provide regulatory services related to the entire product development and commercialisation cycle, assuring that the product recipes and labels meet any relevant food legislation as well as our corporate standards.
The European Regulatory Compliance Team ensures that all MEU portfolio (Raw materials, recipes, final products, packs, claims, advertisements and corporate commitments) is in compliance with local legislations and standards, European legislations and MEU policies.
Primary responsibilities:
· Review and approve raw materials against EU Food legislation and internal MDLZ policies
· Review and approve G&C recipes for MEU implementation
· Provide regulatory guidance and expert support to Product Development and Marketing in support of the G&C EU business
· Assess the impact of emerging legislation to ensure that all products meet the regulatory requirements
· Agreed on nutritional claims and other claims for the European market
· Interact and communicate as regulatory partner with multiple functions, work in close cooperation with product developers, marketing, legal and supply chain partners in our business units and plants
· Supporting managers in collecting data
Desired profile
Qualifications
· Bachelor/Master or equivalent in Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Science or Nutrition
· Ability to work in close cooperation with RD&Q, Marketing, Legal and Supply Chain partners
· Applying procedures
· Ability to identify risks and issues and to alert managers as appropriate
· Organizational agility
· Flexibility

· Self-starter, Drive for Results
· Fluent in English and Russian
