Job Description
The PCM role is responsible for project managing business change initiatives e.g. product innovation or pack change, from project initiation through to implementation & launch within Eastern Europe using the I2M process.This role interfaces extensively with Consumer Marketing, Customer Development / Business Planning, Finance, RD&Q, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights and all functions within Supply Chain (Procurement, D2P, Manufacturing and Customer Service and Logistics), to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameters.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Execute with excellence all projects according to I2M/IIM guidelines to deliver projects on time and within quality & cost parameters as defined for the project
• Ensure projects visibility to all functions as well as preparation for the approval process at PAM and MOR levels, manage project team to deliver project efficiently to meet defined timeline
• Facilitate cross functional coordination within the project team (marketing, R&D, BD, operations, quality, procurement, finance, demand & supply planning). Moderate meetings and teleconferences related to projects
• Ensure Master Data accuracy, timely initiation and distribution to all concerned parties
• Lead Design to Print process for pack artworks within Biscuits category, coordinate pack designs development and approval
• Manage project evaluation process for major NPD launches

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 years experience in a consumer products environment, typically with 2 years experience of supply chain / production / procurement / R&D / marketing / customer development / project management.
• Qualifications – degree level or equivalent, Project Management qualification an advantage
• Working knowledge of the supply chain and basic supply chain principles
• Commercial experience a benefit
• Project Management process knowledge, preferably NPD or product change
• Understanding of internal functional roles
