The role main purpose lies within coordination of performing of all daily activities (create, extend, update, etc.) in respective systems (GMD Portal, SAP KPA, etc.) in line with global, regional and local Master Data policies, standards, procedures.

Area of responsibility:
     •Customers 
     •BOM
     •Materials 

- Makes the decisions on data creation and change process taking into consideration e.g. high level of impact on primary production processes 
- Manages data inputs (incl. data status) from each functional area including, but not limited to:
     •Manufacturing
     •Sales
     •Marketing
     •Finance
     •IS
     •CS&L
     •Region
     •Other businesses (if applicable)
- Ensures the proper usage of the systems (ECC, GMD, RWF etc.) via participation the business and system trainings
- Close cooperation with Back office team (Accenture), problem solving.
- Keeps high quality of master data according to defined KPIs. Performs periodical checks and verification of system parameters vs. fact.
- Provides support to regional and local cross functional initiatives and projects according to the tasks defined by manager.
- Provides support in terms of data quality management activities (analysis, cleansing, enrichment etc.) to individual projects, other functions, management according to the tasks defined by manager.
- Addresses system and/or business issues to the respective key user.
- Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.

Desired profile

Qualifications

Required qalifications:

- University degree in Science, Engineering or Business;
- SAP System experience and understanding;
- Master Data principles knowledge;
- 1+ years of Master Data functional experience;
- Functional experience in SAP Application;
- Fluent English;
- Prefered is In depth understanding of the Mondelēz International business processes.
