5 years of practical experience at the position of legal consultant / counsel in an international companyResponsibilities
Resolve or participate in resolving legal issues in which the Company is involved making sure that legal support to the Company is provided in full, timely and effective manner;
If necessary, represent interests of the Company in legal proceedings before the court or before the government officials;
Draft and review legal documents/contracts; to  legally proof-read other functions’ documentation (contracts, powers of attorneys, presentations, letters, etc.) upon request;
Manage and bear full responsibility for corporate documentation process and projects for all legal entities under MDLZ Ukraina responsibility, including business unit in Ukraine (dividends, shareholders meetings, other projects that relate to functioning and restructuration of a joint stock company);
Manage labor related legal matters and litigations;
Be a legal contact to and provide routine legal support to Procurement and other business functions, provide consultations on legal requirements for different Company’s projects according to need and responsibilities split in Legal department;
Work in close collaboration with Mondelez global/regional functions in implementation of global/regional initiatives/templates/setups;
If needed, provide legal advice on IP matters and assist in resolving Company’s intellectual property issues;           
Develop and deliver trainings on legal topics for other functions of the Company
Achieve annual Goals set and approved by direct manager in annual Success Factors  forms
