In the role as Junior Shopper Marketing Activation Manager you are the expert on defining the right in-store actions in order to maximize the return on investment for our big bets within the biscuits category.
You are the spin in the web between marketing, suppliers, procurement, (international) shopper insights, field sales and account management. You work together with them to develop, execute and evaluate the in-store activation programs in line with both brand and customer strategy. You give advice for mechanics and execution based on your shopper activation knowledge and experience. You execute the full process within the mandatory timelines and milestones.
As junior shopping activation manager, you are in the lead to coordinate all path of purchase touch points to maximize efficiency and impact and are able to connect online and offline activities. You strive to bring international best practices regarding in-store confrontation to the Dutch market, both in primary shelf and regarding second placements.
In this function you will focus on cross channel and cross category initiatives and you are reporting to the Category Planning Manager. Your Key Deliverables:o Translate Brand Strategy into shopper centric activation programs both for Field Sales and HQ to maximize visibility in store by Perfect Store execution (2nd placements)o Coordinate all path of purchase touch points to maximize efficiency and impacto Evaluate execution to improve ROI (incl budget management)
Desired profile
Our ideal candidate has a proven successful commercial experience preferably in FMCG. Knowledge of the shop floor and/or combining online/offline activation is a strong pre. You are able to combine creative, analytical and communication skills to drive results in a pragmatic way. You are able to challenge status quo to improve results and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
