The Programme
- Creating our future leaders:
 
Over three years, your learning will be sculpted by on the job industry experience where you’ll take on responsibilities in real roles, get direct guidance from industry expert managers and mentors, and structured, formal personal development from our in-house graduate academy. By undertaking rotational placements, you’ll gain a deep understanding of our business, build lots of networks and grow in leaps and bounds.
 
The Placements:
Your first placement will be in Business Development or Continuous Improvement Department, and you will be responsible for delivering capital as well improvements projects within a manufacturing facility, managing several projects under the guidance of an experienced Project Engineer and lead the projects from scope to handover including site supervision of contractors, ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget, with constant communication at a site level to maintain alignment.
 
Your second placement could be another role within logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or even internationally. You will work with your mentor to help shape this based on your career aspirations and development needs.

Required:

Fluent English & Fluent PolishCourses: Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering and all related
Graduate status, 2:1 classification equivalent or above (up to max. 1 year after graduation) & Students of last year
Proficient in MS Office & AutoCAD knowledge preferred
Mobility (domestic and international)
