Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) is where you’ll integrate our end-to-end demand-driven supply chain. Working “from farm to shelf,” you’ll connect plants with customers to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way. Your goal will be to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.
Purpose of Role
Overall management of site inventory. Ensure controls are in place and followed accordingly. Maintains compliance on all inventory related levels to ensure company standards are maintained.
Main Responsabilities
"Facilitate the counting processes for the site related to continuous cycle counting, adhoc counts, and inventory accuracy reporting and monitoring.
- Responsible for managing count schedule, creating counts, activating counts, researching discrepancies, writing off inventory
- Responsible for assigning work to Inventory Clerks to ensure count schedule compliance
Manage the Bin & HU consolidation process to improve capacity utilization and reduce partial pallets by reviewing inventory and creating appropriate tasks to consolidate inventory and coordinate work task with Inventory Clerk or Material Handlers
Create tasks for putaway of returned product to the pickline, manage the labor to sort and process inbound of stock
Manage the damage process to ensure product is properly transacted to damage area for donation or liquidation.
- Ensure inventory is blocked, and the storage bins to be used are communicated weekly to the associates processing damage.
- Coordinate with Customer Service Organization to manage the Sellout process and ship inventory as required
- Create tasks to allocate and confirm shipment of goods
Manage the shelf life process to ensure product is properly transacted to Aging (SOLA) or Expired (SCRP) stock, ensure product is physically moved to appropriate storage locations, coordination with CSO to liquidate/Donate short dated product, write off of stock that is expired and coordination of destruction/disposal.
Management of batch creation and change as required to support Quality related changes or shelf life extension
Management of the Quality Hold & Release process: Place product on hold, Create Future Hold, Release Product, Remove Future Hold, facilitate cycle counting and placarding in accordance with quality process for all held inventory, coordinate the move of stock physically (if applicable)
Facilitate & Manage the storage and processing of expired or tankage product to ensure write-off and processing in accordance with finance & internal controls, coordinate with management / finance for approvals to write-off inventory, create WIT forms to support system movements / write-off
Execution of Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports to monitor critical KPI's and status of site (Blocked Bins, Inventory Accuracy, Posting changes, Monitoring aging task/inventory)
Act as Master Data Steward for the facility to setup local data for materials, packing specifications, and storage bins as needed to support EWM processes
Serve as a site expert to support the various processes and issues that arise within the facility related to EWM system or processes
-Execute weekly controls to monitor the health of the facility, aging tasks, process adherence.
-Evaluate systemic issues to identify if user issue or help desk ticket is required
Train new hires on processes and system functions
Monitor the EWM queue to investigate, troubleshoot and resolved failed activities/transactions between ECC and EWM
Act as the backup for any roles which are out of office and unable to perform assigned duties"
Desired profile
Qualifications
Education/Experience
4 year Highschool degree required
Warehouse experience preferred - 2 years
SAP EWM experience preferred - 2 years
