Research, Development & Quality
In Research, Development & Quality (RD&Q), your skills can be the special ingredient that brings our brands to life. As part of a fantastic team of scientists, engineers and nutritionists, you’ll work tirelessly on product design or development, process development, quality, nutrition, sensory and food safety aspects to ensure we deliver a consistent, delightful consumer experience. RD&Q is where you’ll turn great ideas into brilliant brands.
 
 
Your challenges:
Support day to day project management activities, pilot plant trial organization, chemistry and finish product analysis and documentation
Run pilot plant equipment, submit samples for analysis, perform measurements and data analysis
Contribute to the development of new products with special focus on innovative production processes for the cream cheese category
Gain hands-on experience in our state of the art pilot plants and conduct your very own shelf life studies
Work together with experienced technical experts and learn about innovative food processing technologies directly from top developers in cheese dairy

Desired profile

For this role you will need to have:



Student in Food Technology/Science or Chemical Engineering (Active Student Status)

Experience in using food processing equipment in plant or pilot plant would be an advantage
Dedicated process engineering knowledge
Team- and solution-oriented, innovative, enthusiastic about working with an international team
Able to work with a high degree of autonomy
Familiar with statistical data analysis
Fluent in spoken and written English, other European languages are an advantage
