Internship
- Mass Consistency Project, Lörrach (m/f) 
 
The role
In this role you will
be responsible for optimization of chocolate mass production process. You will
support ongoing study of influence and connection of chocolate mass consistency
on particle size on pre-refiner. On this position also you will take care of implementation
of online viscosity measurement system and creation of stable mass outcome from
pre-refiner.
Your challenges
Define
and follow sampling plan and measure particle size and viscosity of the
pre-refined mass and prove it´s connection. Define settings of the pre-refiner (pressure...)
in order to get stable consistency outcome.
Define
connection between single parameters and the throughput/ particle sizeDefine
possible control and influence factorsCollaborate
with R&D and Global engineering and production on the study and train the
operators.
