We are a medium sized plant located in Capriata D'Orba, in the middle of the triangle between Milan, Genoa and Turin. Our main brands produced are Ritz, Tuc, Oro Saiwa and Cipster. As a Continuous Improvement Intern your main missions will include:
- Improve Visual management in order to standrdize the FI pillar communication
- Benchmark and reapplication of different practices and tools working with the international team
- DMAIC approach will be used to face high complexity problems in order to stabilize the production process
- Six sigma approach with strong focus on SPC methodology directly on the shopfloor will be developed and data analysis
- DMS (Daily Management System) improvement in order to standardize
- Basic Productivity Cycle work process, with more effort in loss eradication and loss prevention topic
- Spread the Lean Manufacturing philosphy across the different areas of the Plant, focusing on the FI pillar activities and building the internal standard work process

Desired profile

You could be the one we are looking for if you have all of these qualities...
- Master's degree or Curricular Student (Final Master year) in Engineering
- You are analytical
- You are fluent in English and Italian
- International experience is valued
- Previous trainee/job experience is valuedWe offer a 6 months Internship starting from April 2018.
