The Role
Support of applied research activities in the area of cream cheese, process cheese or natural cheese and writing a Thesis.
Main Duties:
 
After a short learning phase, support applied research activities in the area of cream cheese or process cheese or natural cheese.
Learn to work with dairy specific equipment, will produce prototypes in bench top or pilot plant scale and will analyze the cheeses for relevant parameters
Depending on the scope of the activity, method development may be included as well
Scientific working principles need to be applied, which includes literature and or patent searches. 
The results will be shared in an oral presentation and in a written Thesis

Qualifications


Studying Food or Dairy Technology/Science, Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology and looking to complete a Thesis
Fluent in English and German would be a bonus
Curious with excellent attention to detail
Lab experience would be preferred

Location: Munich
Salary: €1600
