Mondelez India Foods Ltd is a leading global confectionery & snacks company. It began its operations in 1948 by importing chocolates. After 60+ years of existence, it today has six company-owned manufacturing facilities at Thane, Induri (Pune) and Malanpur (Gwalior), Bangalore, Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) , Hyderabad  and 4 sales offices (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai). The corporate office is in Mumbai. (New facility at Sri City, AP?)

We operate in five categories in India – Chocolate, Confectionery, Beverages, Biscuits, Gum and Candy and market 11 Power Brands which include Bournvita, Dairy Milk, Halls, Gems, 5Star, Choclairs, Perk, Celebrations, Bournville, Tang & Oreo. Mondelez India Foods Ltd dominates the chocolate market in India with approximately 70% share of the market.

Purpose of the Job: 


1. Lead the long term Commercial Planning, Strategic Planning, Annual Contract and Quarterly forecasts 
2. On time deliver accurate financial analysis reports or financial deck for regular report
3. Prepare in depth and insightful analysis of business results, including the identification of opportunities and risks together with recommendation for actions to address, submit commentaries and analytics to FP&A Region.
4. Deliver forecast or monthly schedule timely to meet corporate schedule 
   Actively handle ad-hoc assignment and timely deliver the results 
5. Review major marketing proposals (e.g., New product development proposals, A&C spending, price increases etc.) and challenge assumptions and projected financial and business results to ensure the most effective use of resources. 
6. Lead the rolling up the financials and developing risks and opportunities for the IBP process 
7. Close working relationship with Category and Country ISC Finance Leads.

9. Continuously improve the quality of financial acumen across all business partners and stakeholders to support sound decision making 
10.Provide value add category insights to help deliver on business objectives 
    Detailed understanding of Supply Chain across Candy, GUM & PB categories

Desired profile

Qualifications

Qualifications

1) Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years' experience in FMCG environment FP&A related experience with Strong Commercial acumen

3) Strong analytical and conceptual abilities

4) Well refined technical finance and strategic skills

5) Ability to managing complexity – multiple stakeholders & categories

6) Can work under pressure and fast Rythem

7) Result oriented and high problem solving ability
