No day is the same here at Cadbury World; as one of Birmingham’s largest leisure attractions we welcome over 500,000 visitors each year, who come to explore and discover chocolate's history, to learn about the origins and story of the Cadbury business. We create memorable moments of JOY for each and every person.

 

We are looking for people who will thrive on being in front of a crowd as a key part of this role is to transform into one of many characters that form the Cadbury Story. As an Exhibition Team member you will need to be confident and energetic; bringing to life aspects of the Cadbury World exhibition and our 4D chocolate experience. You will have a big part to play in making sure our customers all leave with a positive memorable experience.

The main responsibilities of this role are;

• Through character interpretation, you will add animation to various parts of the exhibition areas and our new 4D chocolate experience
• You will meet and greet customers in the Chocolate Making area and have a good knowledge of Cadbury World, Cadbury and Mondelez International
• Cash handling and the promotion and selling of products from our photography and retail area to achieve sales targets

Candidate Requirements:


• Possess a high degree of inter-personal and customer service skills
• The ability to deal with all levels of people in a professional and courteous manner
• Confidence to perform/interact to large crowds of people

• The ability to work under pressure
• Good level of cash handling experience
• Excellent attendance and timekeeping

• Must be a team player
• Flexibility to work required shift pattern
• Smart appearance - you will be required to follow Cadbury World uniform and hygiene standards at all times

Please note during peak times such as school holidays and bank holidays you will be required to work additional hours during both weekdays and weekends up to 37.5 per week.
