Mondelez International is looking for:  Wokforce Administration Specialist

 

Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

•  Receives and manages employee data maintenance requests such as employee relationship change, mass uploads, individual data correction for personal/non-personal data, employee category change, pay/work schedules, effective date changes and execution of reversals; updates SHARP a/or case as applicable

•       Processes and seeks approval for workforce administration requests including short term disability, personal leave (paid and unpaid), promotions, lateral moves, performance rewards, severances, involuntary and voluntary separations; initiates payroll request and confirms payment when applicable

•      Works with local resources in the retained organization to maintain medical leave cases updated, tracks and maintains non-continuous, non-disability leaves

•       Processes verification letters for third party vendors, government authorities and invitation letters for visa

•       Prepares and sends letters on reorganization to managers; post announcement

•     Creates death announcement and letter of condolence together with manager and HRM; notifies payroll and other stakeholders.

•     Conducts exit interview for employees in salary grade 9 and below

•     Compiles data on mass termination tracking for to meet geographic legislative and/or labor requirements

•      Fulfills audit requests by providing SHARP HR and Payroll data/transactions

•  Processes request for organizational announcements (non F+ positions voluntary separations, involuntary separations, new joiner and reorganization) and publish

•     Processes request for unemployment claims with third party vendor; ensure HRM receives information through third party system

•    Updates cases in case management tool and information in SHARP as needed

Qualifications

Academic Knowledge




High school diploma required.  University Degree or equivalent preferred

 

 

Working Knowledge

 

•      3-4 years general work experience (HR and Data/Process management preferred)

•      Experience of working with SAP or equivalent database required

•      Experienced in local employment standards and employment laws

•      Experience working in a shared service organization

 

 

Abilities

 

•      Ability to influence line managers and advocate for the right course of action

•      Ability to plan and manage a variety of people processes

•      Able to multi-task and manage a fluctuating workload with large volumes

•      Skilled with technology and technical tools (e.g. case management tool, HR databases)

•      Able to work under pressure and learn quickly

•      Able to work collaboratively as part of a team

•      Customer-focused and detail oriented

•      Fluent in English and Spanish

•      Excellent problem solving and judgment skills

•      Highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
