Customer Activation Planogram Specialist
Support to Category / Snacking Activation Manager in development of channel /customer strategy for all categories distribution and visibility targets at different points of sale in CZ and SK:
Main Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate and execute specific customer joint projects
Adapt marketing plans for Sales Execution
Be part of preparation of special programs for Field Sales
Responsible for category management projects on his/her own retailers.
Propose and cooperate on category changes
Create an active part in negotiation with clients
Review and evaluate implemented projects and come with further proposals
Daily administrative work supporting Category Project Manager
Maintain good level of cooperation with attributed clients
Monitor shelve layouts regularly and recommend corrections in order to meet target
Analytical support for Sales department and preparation of Category Overview presentations
Monitor all competitive activities on regular basis
Assist in reporting and analyses of Category Project Manager
Cooperate with sales force and execute special projects

Desired profile

Skills/Qualification/Experiences
 


1  year in a Business Analyst or Categoy role within FMCG business
Ability to present analytics to key internal and external stakeholders
Ability to learn on the fly
Advanced Excel (knowledge of Spaceman or similar SW is an advantage)
Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced English is required
