The purpose of this role is to:

Drive and lead continuous improvement initiatives in one of two production sections, so that it will achieve or deliver beyond its business objectives: highest safety with requested quality standards and manufacturing cost in line with the vision and targets for the plant.

You will get the challenge, which in the same time is a privilege, to contribute to a perfect product availability and responsiveness of the plant. You will apply the tools provided by the Mondelez Continuous improvement program ‘Integrated Lean 6 Sigma’ in order to build capability in the Section and eliminate the losses. 

You will have a key role in the Daily Management System processes to make sure priorities are very clear for everybody in the Section. Liaise frequently with other Functions to build relationship and guarantee the targets achievement.

 
Main Responsibilities: 
·  Supports the Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) journey in the section by using IL6S methods, systems and tools, to build capability and eliminate losses. Delivers guidance and support for the line teams to reach set targets, and is providing coaching in improvement projects. Serves as a link between production lines, ensuring a roll out of best practice from one line to another. 
·  Ensure and enhance the availability of production lines in the Section, manufacturing, UV plant. 
·  Analysis of data and planning of the key improvements for the critical measures (to eliminate chronic issues)
·  Stabilize the production processes (eliminating the reoccurrence of the sporadic issues)
·  Standard Implementation
·  Lead Small Group Activities (SGA) to eliminate losses
·  Deliver clear understanding of the requirements for the CI process (e.g. behaviours, attitude and culture) necessary to build an environment that delivers against targets and improves safety, quality and service
·  Drive behavioural change across the area of responsibility, including support functions, through coaching and influencing. 
·  Challenge ways of working and drive a zero loss mind set in all parts of the section.
·  Develop a CI roadmap for the area of responsibility with a short and long term action plan and assure activities are performed to be in line with the overall plant CI roadmap

Qualifications

Candidate Requirements: 
·  University degree in Manufacturing or Engineering 
·  Good economical understanding
·  Sound understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing processes
·  Good knowledge of MS Office
·  Communication, motivation and listening skills as well as idea leadership
·  Co-operation and communication skills to manage cross functional interfaces
·  Analyse and problem solving skills, strategic thinking abilities
·  Drives and sustains behavioural change through coaching and influencing
·  Demonstrate ability to take risks when appropriate and make timely, fact based decision
·  Understanding of change management
·  Project management skills
·  Experience from manufacturing and/or L6S/TPM (Lean Six Sigma / Total Productive Maintenance) is seen as an advantage
·  Advanced English language
·  Advanced Swedish language
