Our Graduate Program
 
You will start your graduate program as a Commercial Talent in the field where you will manage the Mondelez business in several supermarkets, ensuring our beloved brands are well looked after.
Products, promotions, customers, you will learn it all. You will first get an intensive coaching and then it's up to you to prove yourself.
You will work independently coached by professionals and in addition you will get a next challenge, your own project. With this project you will get a deeper knowledge of the Sales dynamics and you can show your own creativity. After approximately one year you will get the opportunity to keep growing within the headquarters on another role.

Desired profile

What are we looking for?
 
• Strong academics, minimum Master’s Degree, preferably, some relevant commercial experience

• Dutch and French speaking, of which one native speaking and professional fluency in English

• Strong analytical skills

• Customer focused, entrepreneurial mind set and excellent communication skills

• Passionate about FMCG, creative, enthusiast, organized and taking initiatives

• Agility to adapt within fast changing environment
