The position of Commercial Administrator/ Master Shopper exists to support 60 office based commercial staff in Coolock and 33 field sales executives.  The role supports various functions across the Irish business in an administrative capacity.  The role is very varied and covers responsibility in fleet management to meeting and events organization,.  The Master shopper element of the role covers PO requests and queries for the sales company only .  The role would be 50/50 admin/master shopper.

 

Main Responsibilities:

·  PO Requisition for Sales Company dealing with Invoicing and queries on Coupa System
·  Manage the Mondelez car fleet with Leaseplan, to include invoicing and reporting. 
·  Required to be a Member of Driver Safety Committee reporting on Accident statistics.
·  Book external meetings through BCD Meetings and Events for Commercial Business.
·  Monthly Regional Sales Meetings/ National Meetings - book hotels, stock orders.
·  Providing administrative support to the Leadership Team and Commercial Business
·  Deal with adhoc queries and requests from field sales executives and managers.

Candidate Requirements:

·  The candidate should be capable of carrying out various tasks to a very high standard and be flexible in their approach.
·  A high level of confidentiality, organisation and communication skills required.
·  Must have ability to work on own initiative and show extreme attention to detail in their work.
·  Huge attention and follow through are required for this position.
·  Should be able to prioritise.
·  MSOffice, SAP, Coupa experience favourable.
