We have 2 fantastic opportunities in Marketing supporting Philadelphia and Mayo&Sottilette team!
 
Reporting to SBM Philaldephia & Jocca,  you will support the entire Philadelphia  team in Marketing plan definition and implementation. The position is designed to learn the key marketing competencies (above and below the line communication, SKUs launches, commercial guidelines, P&L Management & Planning).
 
Among your responsabilities:
you will be an integral part of the team working, managing a portfolio of iconic products. 
you will learn and contribute to the exciting new communication platform and lead projects implementing BTL activations, consumer and shopper events. 
As a “power brand” in the Mondelez portfolio, Philadelphia provides a unique opportunity within the Italian Mondelez business to develop initiatives locally combined with the excellent activation and adaptation to the Italian market of global initiatives. You can therefore expect a fast-paced, challenging and diverse assignment. You’ll be given the opportunity to really Act Like an Owner on your projects, whist developing a well-rounded profile as a marketer building your strategic agility, marketing skills as well as commercial awareness. 
Translate the information about the market/consumer/brand into recommendations/plans to identify growth assets for Philly and to deliver the annual target  
Sell-in and sell-out analyses, POS strategy definition and implementation working with Customer Marketing and Category Planning (especially referring to POS visibility and extra displays revision) digital communication to be implemented, shopping basket and Budget control
Supporting  Mayonnaise and Sottilette team, you will be involved in different activities:
Analysis and elaboration of internal and external data
Marketing communication (at the point of sales and above the line)
Re-launch mayonnaise plan, developing new image, packaging and price positioning
Project managements, in line with PCM department and the production plant
Tracking and reconciling the brand's budget
Support in the Sottilette innovation projects  and category appraisal
Support in the analysis of a strategic definition plan for 2018 for both brands.

Required:


Passion for Brand management
Ability to manage complexity (multiple and diverse stakeholders/teams, multiple brands and projects)
Being proactive and able to work with good level of autonomy
Italian mother tongue / proficiency; English fluent
Excellent communication and proven project management skills.
Be well-organised and multi-tasking.
Be results-oriented.
