Typically the main contacts for this role related to Fgoods will be the Factory based production schedulers and the Area based Demand Planners, and related to Material activities will be the Factory based Material Schedulers, Procurement and Suppliers.

Planning and monitoring partial elements of the Category Supply Planning technology platform, i.e. a number of production lines in Mdlz plants, medium size Mdlz plants in whole and/or medium size external suppliers, with all activities related to:Short/ Mid / Long term Finished Goods production requirement planning and Materials planning across the MEU category technology platform network – with strong linkage into Plants to ensure conformance to schedule and drive  labour / capacity plans and into Areas to secure customer service deliveryManage Inventory levels to target expectations and customer service availability agreementsManage Category Planning Process performance and efficiency in the MEU platform networkManagement of significant capacity challenges across all country markets in MEU and lead communication to business contacts across impacted countriesAssessment of Short term feasibility requests from all countries (where necessary)Contribute relevant input for the monthly creation of Executive Supply ReviewsPrimary Responsibilities  Responsible for the weekly creation and execution monitoring of production capacity plans for Finished Goods across the MEU technology platform – excluding daily scheduling activities in the factoriesHighlight production planning issues / bottlenecks / propose-initiate immediate action to secure business continuityMonitor logistics supply flows to the destination warehouses and resolve planning issues / bottlenecks / propose-initiate immediate action to secure customer service availabilityAlso responsible for weekly monitoring and tracking of capacity plans for FG at non-Mondelez  plants and third party suppliers for the MEU technology platformRun monthly the plant specific Supply Reviews and contribute to the consolidated Hub input to  IBP reviews to agree upon effective capacity plans that balance customer service, supply cost, and inventory targets as well as to ensure that all derailing issues are effectively framed and escalated to the relevant forum for resolution  Develop strong linkage with manufacturing sites and ensure the plants are following latest supply plans with appropriate labour and technical resource through regular working sessionsProvide the hub related inputs to Category NPD from a capacity/material planning perspective and also ensure an efficient execution of in/out-phasing processes within a short/midterm production horizonManage processes to deliver the defined working capital targets for finished goods, WIP, R&P with minimising stock obsolescenceImplement the required MEU R&P Replenishment strategies with suppliers, ensuring optimal MRP set up/forecast provision/contract coverage and expected upstream communications are harmonised with liabilities transparent
