Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):

·  Performance Management
• Management of the month end process for SEA.
• Timely and relevant analysis of the monthly and YTD result by stream and cost drivers, risks and opportunities.

Financial Controls
• Accountable (accuracy & correctness) for all standard cost (IBRs), export and import price lists.
• Tracking of variances across SEA plants & its impact in BU P&L.
• Monitor intercompany transfers of variances within & outside SEA for reporting net impact of variances on BU P&L
• Ensure internal controls and systems comply with accounting standard, statutory requirements and Corporate guidelines
• Quarterly preparation of Management representation letter for SEA

IBP
• Manage the financial planning and forecasting process for  SEA to deliver the plan/forecast on time and in line with guidelines and assumptions 
• Clear articulation of risks and opportunities including the impacts of currency & commodity (Aligned by through Procurement)
• Ensure reconciliation of VOLT to the P&L

Performance Management
• Management of the month end process for SEA.
• Timely and relevant analysis of the monthly and YTD result by stream and cost drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Support Delivery of the productivity agenda
• Development of analysis to create management insights around current performance / trends to drive business improvement.
• Analysis and monitoring of productivity effectiveness by review of the SEA productivity process and results

Qualifications

Do you have what it takes?



- Thorough knowledge of SAP is desirable or at least a working knowledge of a similar type of ERP system. 

- Proficient analytical skills

- Solid understanding of Profit and Loss, balance sheet management and cashflow analysis

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills

- Qualified Degree in Finance or Accountancy, MBA preferred

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Drive for excellence and self-motivated.

- Effective written and oral communication skills

- Problem solving abilities

- Strong time management skills

- Actively demonstrates the Mondelēz values and ways of working.
