Responsibilities:
Assessment and analysis of the technical condition of machines and equipment through regular inspections during production and routine operations such as cleaning, AM and PM inspections.
Defective System Management (TAG). Current process monitoring including the number of recorded and fixed defects, analysis of areas covered by the system.
Support of lubrication management system and inspections in areas affected by AM and PM (CIL).
Coordinate centerlining
- methodology that utilizes established process settings to ensure a consistent manufacturing process
Modernization and improvement of machinery and organization of work in accordance with IL6S AM and PM steps (kaizen).
Conducting TPM training for IL6S team, including operators and maintenance staff.
Coordinate lack of operators' knowledge by providing relevant training materials (eg OPL).
Analysis of failures and implementation of necessary improvements to increase indicators such as OEE, MTBB, MTTR.
Formalization and documentation of the TPM process, including technical documentation, knowledge management, transfer of solutions to other areas.
Ensure efficient flow of IL6S repair and preventive workflow information between manufacturing and maintenance (BDA).
Coordination of works related to the repair of equipment and systems and planning of preventive activities within the adopted infrastructure maintenance tools.

Desired profile

Qualifications
 


Knowledge of TPM and Lean Manufacturing tools

University Degree or Active Student status (preferred: University of Technology)

Communicative level of English and fluent Polish

Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Technical knowledge

Project management skills

Communicative and developed interpersonal skills
