MISSION STATEMENT:
To manage and develop the East Scotland & Newcastle region and assist the Regional Sales Manager in the management of their accounts to achieve profitable brand building objectives and achieve sales targets for all MHUK brands through the proactive and innovative management of allocated resources
Poste et missions:
To achieve volume targets on MH brands, through proactive development of new and existing business.
To develop and execute a territory sales strategy by channel to achieve brand plans
To achieve distribution and qualitative KPI targets of Moët Hennessy brands
To ensure customer focused joined business plans are agreed for key customers
To manage, implement and evaluate promotional activity and consumer events in agreed venues
To identify venues to ensure maximum visibility of portfolio and for suitable new business prospecting.
To implement brand plans through effective implementation of customer activity and frequency of call contact
To identify opportunities and recommend action for new brand initiatives
To manage and control personal and brand related budgets and resources.
To develop a network of contacts within customers to maximise brand opportunities and effectiveness of brand investment
To support regional wholesalers in the field and support regional Account Manager as required
To update and maintain customer database
To use sales reporting systems to plan, monitor, report and analyse business performance against plan
To gather and use comprehensive competitor information
To deliver brand training and education where required
Profil:
Education:
Degree level education
Full driving licence
Languages:
English
Professional experience & know how:
Minimum 1 year experience in sales
Good Champagne, Wine and overall spirits knowledge
On-Trade sector knowledge
Knowledge of the Scottish On-Trade a plus
Technical & management skills:
Sales experience
