Poste et missions:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- To produce regular sales reports, including volume updates, DTG reports, manage monthly sales reporting process, BPC report generation and various reports for total company as required.
- Support Business Controller during forecasting periods (R&O, Budget and LE) by liaising with the sales teams to ensure volumes reported are reflecting the sales team best estimate.
- To upload actual data into BPC (our reporting tool) on a monthly basis and ensure SAP/BPC mapping are updated.
- To manage the FTT process in terms of inputting PAFs (Promotion Agreement Forms) to SAP.
- Responsible for reporting FTT through SAP/BPC and reporting on accruals position, producing analysis to KPI’s and previous years results.
- To lead the creation, management and maintenance of BPC reports for the sales teams, reconciling to Cognos and SAP where appropriate, focusing on new financial KPI’s – Marginal Income for Key Accounts.
- To manage T@rget allocations process and work with sales management teams to develop appropriate reports on specified lines to be managed in system. Load up agreed allocations to T@rget system for whole company and set up reports as required.
- Improve and simplify the usage of the tools by proposing and implementing new ways of working and by improving the reliability of the reports.
- To manage any changes to Price Lists resulting from annual brand price increases or duty changes throughout the year. To liaise with the appropriate agencies who produce the printed Price List to ensure accuracy of content and ensure all brand teams input is taken into consideration.
- Create and update customers and vendors accounts in SAP.
- To provide cover for the additional Business Analyst as required.
Profil:
Education: Degree level in numerate discipline
Languages:
English
Second language a plus
Professional experience & know how:
- Strong administrative background with experience of handling large amounts of data
- office role in blue chip company
- Relevant prior experience valued – eg Sales/marketing/research
- Understanding of FMCG environment
- Interest in drinks trade a plus
Technical & management skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SAP
- Ability to create complex spreadsheets using macros, formulas and links
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret information
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
