We are an Accountancy Practice based in Camden and are now looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing & Admin Intern. We require Marketing & Admin intern to promote our new business ventures. This job roles suits a Finance, Accounting or related field graduate with background knowledge in Marketing and Administration. The Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
- Assist in creating and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;
- Promote company’s new ventures in various Social Media platforms such as – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.;
- Create various promotional marketing content for our sister companies and any new ventures;
- Consistently compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts;
- Assist staffs with day to day running of the company by providing various Admin Tasks. Part of this job role also consists of maintaining and filing documents: this will be both physical and digital data; and
- You will also take part in reception duties such as answering calls, helping and resolving any issues in regard to the clients.
Desired profile
Key Skills Required:
- Computer literate and good IT skills;
- Good knowledge of WordPress and comfortable with using accounting software is preferred;
- Good knowledge of social media platforms in order to promote the organisatio
- Experience in using MS Office Package.
Key Qualities
The person we are looking for has to be self-motivated, be able to use their own initiative. This role suits recent graduates who wish to gain valuable working experience within the Accounting Industry.
