Job description
Teleperformance currently have a great opportunity to join one of our largest client campaigns. Working as an inbound Customer Service Representative you will handle a high volume of general enquiries from customers and be expected to deal with these efficiently and effectively.
Multi-Lingual Customer Service Representative - Welsh & English
Location - Moon Street, Bristol
Hours - 37.5 hours per week. Mon-Fri 8-8, Sat 8-17:30
Salary - circa £16,770 per annum DOE

Job Description
Working on behalf of a government body, you will assist with incoming calls to help customers with a range of process enquiries and appointment bookings.
Objectives of the role
- Deliver exceptional service to customers through providing accurate information, answering enquiries and resolving problems
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call handling, conduct and quality of customer service
