Overview
Designer jewellery brand Missoma is looking for a General Admin Assistant Intern for a period of 3 months. We will be looking to fill this position on a permanent basis so the Internship will very much be a trial period.Available immediately, your main role will be assisting the General in Processing POs, Post Production supply chain, stock inventory, online shop management & Customer Servoce.An internship with us will give you a unique opportunity to have a 360 degree view of how a fashion / jewellery business is run, and be trained up by an experienced manager to be part of a busy team.We are looking for someone hard-working, reliable, with good initiative and a positive attitude, who is happy to help out with all tasks.

WEBSITE

- Overseeing the processing of daily online shop orders (and helping with this when needed)
- Uploading new product info and helping to update stock levels
- Responding to online Customer Service enquiries
- Dealing with Special requests, Engraved orders & Returns

WHOLESALE & PRIVATE LABEL ORDERS

- Processing customer Purchase Orders
- Producing Photo Summaries for wholesale orders
- Placing Purchase Orders with our Suppliers and coordinating delivery schedules

INVENTORY

- Regularly update our inventory
- Planning and re-ordering new stock when running low
- Setting up new product lines on Sage

POST PRODUCTION

- Processing deliveries received (Checking against POs, QC, labeling, dispatching)
- Managing wholesale customer procedures & Point of Sale display needed

GENERAL ADMIN

- General research (packaging, printing, display etc.)
- Ad-hoc reporting
- Office supplies

Desired profile

The ideal candidate will have:

- Good spoken English & telephone manner
- Good skills in Word & Excel
- Knowledge of Sage & Access would be a plus but not necessary
- Good attention to detail
- A highly organized work ethic & be able to work quickly and efficiently
- The ability to work as part of a team with the designers, brand manager and general manager
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise efficiently
