So for someone who’s as keen on customer service and technology - especially mobile phones - as you are, it could be the best place around for your career. You’ll help our customers with whatever they need, asking questions and helping with solving problems.

An understanding of android, smart phones, tablets and laptops is essential. Must have previous experience in a similar role. Basic training will be provided

Duties will include:

Basic software repairs on mobile phones and tablets

Dealing with customers who have issues with their devices

Advising customers on how to use there devices and how samsung warranty process works

Booking in and out jobs onto our CRM

Answering phones calls and emails

Quality control check on devices after repaired by engineer

Managing customers

Keeping customer area clean and presentable
