Festival and Outdoor Events Staff with Mint Staffing Solutions

Mint Staffing Solutions is a family run recruitment consultancy based in the north west. We currently service 5* prestigious clients in the hospitality industry and have just established ourselves as a leader in staffing festivals and outdoor events after smashing the 2014 season!

We are hunting for enthusiastic and motivated individuals that love events and the outdoors and are going to thrive and excel in the fast paced and exciting environments that outdoor events present.

From bar staff at festivals to marshals at sports events and all sorts in between, we're looking for wonderful guys and girls to join the Mint family and be part of the awesome events that we will be staffing for our clients this season.

Succesful applicants will be prepared to work at festivals and other such outdoor events, braving the weather where necessary, always with a smile on their faces and the energy and enthusiasm we pride ourselves on providing for our clients.

Also, if you feel you would be suitable for team leader / supervisor roles then please let us know! There will be numerous opportunities for these positions as the season progresses and you will receive our top quality supervisor training to ensure you have all the tools you need to represent Mint in the best way possible.
