Our Legal Assistants play a critical role in supporting our Litigated RTA Fee Earners to offer a quality service to our clients!

Is this you?

You’ll have previous experience working as a Legal Assistant or similar role within a fast paced law firm. With a good working knowledge of personal injury claims you will ideally have an understanding of litigation and court processes.

Ideally you will have undertaken the LLB/ LPC or be working towards your CILEx qualification, although this is not essential. With a genuine interest to develop your career in personal injury, you’ll be committed to providing the best customer service to each of our clients.

What will it take?

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and third parties, assisting with the claims from inception through to settlement. As such excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work proactively, use your own initiative and manage your time effectively.

With a focus on quality client care, you’ll help to ensure the right outcome is achieved, working to best practice procedures and litigation timetables. You’ll be competent working with a case management system and have good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

You’ll be comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven environment, with a desire to excel and develop within your role. With good attention to detail, you’ll bring enthusiasm, motivation and positivity to ensure challenging deadlines are met.
