With experience working as a Claims Advisor or Customer Service Advisor in a similar role you’ll have excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude to your role.
You’ll be driven by delivering excellent customer service, ensuring the right outcome is achieved for each of our customers and all of our relevant services are made available to them.
Please note: The start date for this role is Monday 11th January 2016, to apply for this role you must be able to start on this date and undertake full time training for three weeks.
What will it take?
You will enjoy working within a supportive team and fast paced environment, taking responsibility for your own objectives and development. You’ll have a strong telephone manner and be able to empathise with our customers, objection handling when required.
