Graduate Trainee, Financial Planning: I am recruiting an exceptional Graduate who is looking for a long term career in Financial Planning to enter Paradigm Norton's Graduate Programme.You will train to become a Chartered and Certified Financial Planner as well as a Chartered Wealth Manager ready to lead client relationships and help clients achieve their future aspirations.Services you will provide will include investment & wealth management, pensions & retirement planning, lifetime cash flow projection, personal tax services, inheritance tax planning and giving and philanthropy planning. The Graduate Programme: As a Paradigm Norton graduate trainee you will benefit from a manager dedicated to your personal development, a buddy to assist you day to day and an excellent training regime including paying for exam entry and all revision material as well as a generous bonus scheme for exam passes. In return you will be expected to work and study hard to navigate the exams and professional qualifications, inevitably requiring some weekend and evening study, in addition to the one day a month study leave provided by the company.From month one of this five-year scheme you will be involved in client meetings and professional events.

Graduate Trainee, Requirements:

·  You should be a caring and empathetic person, able to listen to, and build relationships with others.
·  You should be an excellent team worker, considering the needs of others.
·  You must be enthusiastic, keen to learn, proactive with a proven record of taking responsibility and self-motivation.
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical skills and fanatical attention to detail.
·  Commercially astute, with an interest in Financial Planning
·  A 2:1 degree (or on track for) and a minimum of 280 UCAS points
·  Recent graduate (2018 or within the last 3 years)
·  Highly IT Literate and adaptable to change
