SCW (South Central & West, Commissioning Support Unit) is seeking to recruit highly motivated graduates to join its innovative Graduate Management Scheme, offering a unique opportunity for graduates to help transform the way health services work for patients.

Think of us asaninternal consultancy and business services for the NHS.Our role is to provide support, professional expertise and insight to organisations across the health and social care system, including the people and organisations that define, structure and ultimately provide healthcare to our population: building better care together.

Our Graduate Management Scheme is a two year development programme offering graduates action based, hands on learning, and professional development in areas such as:

·Systems Transformation

·Digital Transformation

·Business Intelligence

·Human Resources

We operate in the commissioning support sector which is a developing and challenging environment. In the commercial landscape in which we find ourselves, our clients don't have to use us.
