MiLK is a boutique model agency founded in 2011 by former model Anna Shillinglaw. Anna Heads up a team of extremely dedicated agents with many years of experience between them.

The Special Bookings and PR Internship with Milk Management will give you a firsthand look at what goes on behind the scenes in Special Booking and Digital Teams within a model agency, from the early stages of signing to getting talent booked on various jobs across the globe. Interns will be assisting divisions with client relations, talent relations, talent scheduling, accounting, itineraries and artist management, there may also be scope for scouting new talent and attending events. Interns will be assisting with MiLK’s Social Media and PR as well as the Special Bookings and Digital Teams. You shall have a passion for creating content as well as a high emotional intelligence whilst engaging with people on a day to day basis. Training will be provided by specialists, but the position does require great communication skills. You shall be working 5 days a week with expenses paid. The skills will allow you to create your financial freedom in the near future.

Desired profile

Required experience:
- Knowledge of Social Media proficiency
- High level of organisation
- Good understanding of fashion

Role:
- Assisting new talent to join books and help putting profile live
- Liaising with photographers to arrange test shoots with talent
- Liaising with talent to ensure we have all the details on file
- Adding new material to talent’s profile Helping design and print comp cards & images for their folio
- Assisting with sending out sales material to clients
- Assisting with client relations, talent relations, talent scheduling, accounting, itineraries and artist management
- Assisting agent’s Social Media and PR as well as the Special Bookings and Digital Teams.
Research
