Field Care Supervisor - Hammersmith

Job description

We are currently looking to recruit 2 Field Care Supervisors to support our new homecare contract in Hammersmith and Fulham.

Mihomecare, a leading homecare provider are recruiting exceptional individuals who can deliver a quality service and be proactive within the role.

The role will include:-
• Supervising delegated Branch Support Workers
• Providing appropriate supervision, training and support (including liaison as necessary with the training service)
• Assessment and review of Customer needs to produce the appropriate care plan in line with contract requirements.
• Promoting a professional image of the company in dealing with new care packages for Customers and commissioning authorities.

The successful candidates will be experienced support/care workers and be committed to delivering a high quality service. You will have experience in risk assessment and mentoring and/or staff supervision. You will also be able to plan and manage your own workload effectively.

NVQ2 or equivalent in Health and social care - or equivalent - is desired.

Please note this role is based over a 7 day rota period and supervisions will be required at weekends.
