Job description
My client is seeking a fluent FrenchSales Agent for their busy telecoms company based in Solihull. The successful candidate must be fluent in French and have a minimun of 1-2 years previous Sales experience. The succesful Sales Agent would also benefit from having an interest in mobile devices.
French Sales Agent Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact with Clients and Prospects
- Ownership and responsibility for all customers in the account database with a focus to grow the scope and value of the account
- Meeting business renewal targets, creating price quotes, and resolving customers’ needs
- Collecting customer information and providing product information directly to customers
- Ability to plan effective sales campaigns and target existing account base to proactively grow accounts and extend revenue
- Deal with inbound and outbound calls/e-mail from and to customers, communicating special offers and other promotions
- Maintain regular contact with key influencers and build and strengthen the customer relationship
- Manage pipeline and forecast accordingly
Sales Agent Qualifications
- MUST be fluent French speaking or native French
- Minimum 1/2 years in an internal sales / business renewals position
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Must have at least 5 G.C.S.E Grades (C & above) or equivalent, inc Maths & English
- A self-starter with a high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, and professionally at all times
