This engineer will be responsible for delivering service software enabling ultra-low latency media sharing/consumption scenarios. The successful candidate must be experienced with a wide variety of tasks associated with delivering and running micro-services – latency, security, privacy, scale, cost, etc. Familiarity with HLS, DASH, WebRTC and CDN architectures is key. Are you a polyglot - seeing any particular language or technology as a means to an end? Do you have a passion for customers and technology along with a curious, quick-learning mindset?   Then we are looking for you.

You should have deep experience building and delivering internet scale services including:

· 2+ years of developing highly reliable OR low latency OR always available distributed systems OR parallel processing systems OR full stack applications or systems

· Performance (latency, capacity, etc.)

· Scaling services up and out.

· Security

· Privacy

· Monitoring / serviceability

· Caching architectures
