System Center Configuration Manager
(SCCM), Microsoft Intune & Enterprise Mobility Suite

You will be working with customers and partners building, deploying, operating and optimizing large complex enterprise environments.
Microsoft Services is looking for a strong technical resource to join our team as a Premier Field Engineer (PFE). You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption and support of enterprise Configuration Manager and Intune deployments.
The primary solution focus and responsibility will pertain to support of Microsoft’s technologies with specific emphasis in the following areas:
•Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
•Microsoft Intune & Enterprise Mobility Suite
As a PFE, you will provide product and solution support and training, both onsite and remote. You should be customer focused, able to devise and implement action plans and be able to communicate clearly
with both internal partners and customers. You also have a flexible work schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays. This position is intended to be delivering the dedicated support service (DSE). You may also be expected to take on additional short term support engagements where overnight travel is required. Travel requirements vary regionally and could be as much as 40%. You should live within commutable distance a metropolitan area/airport in Florida.
Primary responsibilities include:
•Providing on-site and remote technical support solutions for customer service delivery and availability, while ensuring satisfaction with Microsoft Windows and Azure deployments.
•Be capable of providing field technical support presence for groups in the Microsoft Services organization, including but not limited to Premier Support and Microsoft Consulting Services.
•Act as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support and problem resolution for corporate customers, including issues raised to the highest levels of management.
Key Experience needed:
•Experience implementing and solving problems related to SCCM 2012 or current release
•Experience solving problems or deploying Microsoft Intune, including hybrid cloud deployments.
•Experience with Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
•3 years of experience architecting, implementing, or supporting Microsoft products in a medium to large enterprise.
Requirements and skills for this position include:
•Technical product depth with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and related Cloud Technologies.
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications, analytical and presentation skills.
•Ability to deliver presentations, discuss Microsoft System Center and complimentary products at a solutions level.
•Ability to handle customer critical issues and work in difficult situations
•Ability to perform self-directed learning in a rapidly changing environment
•Capabilities to operate in a flexible team environment with minimal supervision
Education/Certifications:
Microsoft Devices or Mobility certification strongly preferred.

Travel
Travel is an integral part of this position. You should be willing to travel as is demanded by the needs of our customers and our business. This position may require travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time. Overnight travel may also be required.
