We are looking for an energetic, passionate and experienced Operations Account Manager (OAM) to join our Dublin based Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Operations team, supporting the Microsoft Commercial, Cloud and Dynamics business.
Our Customer, Partner & Field (CP&F) Operations Account Managers are passionate about delivering world class customer and partner experiences. Microsoft Channel Partners sell, deploy, host and provide support services for software across industry leading products such as Office 365, Azure and Dynamics 365. Acting as an operations consultant for Microsoft processes, policies and systems, the Operations Account Manager is a critical business partner for in-country sales executives, leadership teams and channels partners, helping them grow their business by providing deep business insight and support right from agreement signature to cash collection.

Responsibilities:
Serve as an operations consultant for your assigned market, acting as a thought leader, and drive a thorough understanding of Microsoft’s market priorities, ensuring operations market plans are aligned.
Become an expert in Microsoft products and programs across the Commercial, Cloud and Dynamics business.
Develop impactful relationships with in-country sales executives, leadership teams and channel partners across EMEA to deliver a best in class operations experience.
Ensure partners are prepared and trained for changes to operations processes, policies and systems.
Capture partner feedback and effectively represent the “voice of the customer” to drive improvements across multiple departments within Microsoft.
Identify opportunities and leverage best practices to drive improvements that result in business benefits for Microsoft and our customers and partners.
Drive awareness of the operational support channels across your market and act as the market escalation point for any operational issues related to agreement, order and query processing.
Collaborate with in-country sales teams and channel partners through the ‘order to cash’ process ensuring all valid deals are processed within forecasted fiscal period, while also meeting compliance and customer requirements.
Requirements:
Fluent in French & English
2 - 4 years’ experience working in an operations environment (Account management or Consulting)
