Business Development Manager - Small Business at MileIQ

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage relationships within our Small & Medium Business segment (25-500 employees) across all verticals
Respond to inbound leads with emails, phone calls, presentations and demos as needed
Manage outbound leads
Work with Operations to generate quotes, invoices and close the loop on payment
Improve MIleIQ sales process and systems with the customer in mind
Gather all necessary information for onboarding to pass to Premier Support
Manage MileIQ for Team CRM
Account management for Trials/ Onboarding for Trials
Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in cooperation with Operations and FInance
Assist Customer Reference program with referenceable customers
Maintain relationships with customers from leads through to loyal customers with regular updates, helpful content and up-selling new products
Achieve / exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Promote Team Sales within the org
Lead or assist business development opportunities as they arise
MIQ Teams Marketing - Material/emails/blogs/newsletters/events
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
3 - 5 years of quota carrying sales experience, ideally in a technology company
A documented track record of over-achieving in sales
Experience analyzing data and arriving at actionable recommendations
Experience managing personal relationships with vendors or clients
Deep interest in working for and learning about consumer internet companies
