Utility Manager

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

·  Respect standards for safety and environment (To Control safety and environmental protection procedures and regulatory compliance of facilities and equipment)
·  Existence and evolution of verification and maintenance plans
·  Reduction of quality failures due to energy
·  Adequacy of means/production
·  Reduction of energy and maintenance costs, improvement of availability of equipment (reliability).
·  Reduction of PDR consumption
·  Efficiency of the Energy Sector and equipment reliability (Technical support to the operation, Troubleshooting and maintenance, quality related to the fluids, availability and durability, Definition of spare parts needed).
·  Training of operators, maintenance staff for techniques and methods, and the users to "consume better"
·  The sub-contracted activities are regularly assessed (EP applications rules, best practices metier, compliance, respect for planning, costs, performance...).

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  Graduated Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Power / Electrical engineering or related fields.
·  Experience 3-5 years in the utility system.
·  Native speaker of Thai with good English communication
·  skills: air conditioning (AHU) chiller system, cooling system, boiler, air compressor , wastewater treatment and RO system, energy project
