• Provide necessary assistance to project or support teams

Good Understanding of IAM and LDAP concepts

Technical skills on IAM and Forgerock AM DS 400

SAML, oAUTH Understanding.

Experience with Federation request

Graphana, Jira and ServiceNow as Secondary

Batch Scripting

Good Troubleshooting skills.

Should have worked on incident management and problem management.

Good Linux knowledge.

Ability to collaborate within the team.

Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities.

Technically Supporting the team in resolving issues.

Collaborating with the team members.

Providing technical assistance and contribution.
