Site IT and Data Engineer (Saraburi)

MISSION :  Maintain and supervise operations of the infrastructure and equipments of the site, participate in implementations or evolutions of infrastructure, hardware and software applications of the site. Contribute to the maintenance of the site's applications in accordance with the maintenance / operation contract.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

In TIS Role

· 
Service level and users satisfaction comply to expectations (availability of applications, equipment and services)

· 
Performance and conformity of IT equipment are managed

· 
Effectiveness of all interventions (diagnostic quality, temporary services offered, respect of intervention timeline)

· 
Technical and operational documentation are conform and updated (lists of equipment and software, source files, backups, training material)

In Data Engineer role

· 
Completes and executes data collection procedures

· 
Builds data collection infrastructure (IoT: Internet of Things, sensors, database, files, etc.)

· 
Deploys data collection infrastructure and procedures

· 
Measures the impact on the technical chain implemented (from the connected object to the storage system)

· 
Completes the necessary tests to validate the solution

· 
Documents the implemented solutions

· 
Provides technical assistance to users

REQUIREMENTS:

· 
Graduated Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer engineering/ Automation /IT Engineering/Computer Engineering or related fields

· 
Experience 3-5 years in IT for industrials

· 
Preferable skills: Machine interface / IT security / Digital transformation

· 
Native speaker of Thai with good English communication
