Site Business Partner Controller

MISSION : The Business Partner Controller (BPC) guarantees fulfillment of the entity’s economic objectives: by focusing on and monitoring the economic and financial aspects of strategic and operational decisions, by ensuring compliance with standards.

· 
BPC is a member of the entity’s Management Team.

· 
BPC is placed under the hierarchical authority of the entity responsible.

· 
BPC is placed under the authority of a transverse manager: the business partner senior controller (Senior BPC).

· 
BPC is individual contributor and works closely with the business support controllers (BSC and senior BSC) who operate within a Shared Service Center (CESP).

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

· 
A steering assuring the achievement of the annual progress target, in line with the strategic plan, the initiatives of progress and the available resources

· 
Current year monitoring through reforecasts, corrective action plan and opportunities.

· 
Investment project, activity and progress action portfolios are managed with reference to the objectives and stakes

· 
Guarantees the application of Group principles within their entity: respect of the financial standards (Internal Control and standards from the Director of Finance and performance departments), guarantees the quality of information flows.

· 
Greater standardization of methods and procedures, independence and ability to enforce standardized procedures, in particular by supporting shared service models.

· 
The position in every respect requires the candidate to act as a business partner.

REQUIREMENTS

· 
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting field of an industrial based company

· 
Strong Experience in cost management, internal controls assessment, forecasting and reporting

· 
Experience in improving business processes, planning and budgeting

· 
Ability to evaluates organizational cost profitability management processes to ensure related operational activities support business objectives and value creation proposition

· 
Proactively conducts ongoing risk analysis, recognizing strategic opportunities for success as well as potential risks. Adjusts strategies to address opportunities as well as potential risks

· 
Proven leadership skills with the ability to empower and influence others

· 
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders with different levels in the organization

· 
Strong analytical skill , able to integrates information from diverse sources, often involving large amounts of information.

· 
Native speakers of Thai with English fluency
