Key Expectations

·  Delivering a range of services and solutions for clients using Microsoft's Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.
·  Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
·  Guide teams in using the Microsoft Power Platform to its fullest potential and can understand business difficulties to provide effective solutions using problem-solving and decision-making skills.
·  Keep up to date with new technologies and industry standards, best practices, and trends.
·  Automating business processes using Power Apps and Power Automate and can use various connectors to integrate disparate systems into the Power Platform.
·  In addition to the above, assist in the evaluation, development, and implementation of company systems, and be able to contribute across all phases of the software development life cycle.
·  Expertise in crafting Power Apps and Power Platform solutions and are able to impart their knowledge to both pro-developers and citizen developers.
·  Sound knowledge and hands on experience using Dataverse to build robust and scalable Power Apps.
·  Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure a consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.

The ideal candidate must have a total of 6-7 years of development experience and passion for moving organizations forward with the Power Platform and a strong excitement for the impact it can have on customer experiences. They must have a minimum of 3 years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience, with hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Platform technical solutions.

They must possess core skills in Power Apps , C#, SQL, .Net, SharePoint, Microsoft DataVerse, and Power Automate and Power BI. A good understanding of the Power Platform Center Of excellence and governance components is also required.

The candidate must be Microsoft PL-100 certified .

A Bachelor's degree in a computer-related discipline, or equivalent applicable experience, is preferred. Familiarity with Agile project management and sprint planning is also desirable. The candidate must have the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
